BUSINESS PLAN
Lumiria is building the payment infrastructure layer for modern merchants that need more than a Stripe-style checkout button: global multicurrency acquiring, instant payouts, USDC settlement options, AI/agentic integrations, compliance-first underwriting, and support for both low-risk and complex verticals. We are already network-registered, PCI Service Provider Level 2 compliant, working toward Level 1, and at the tail end of underwriting/onboarding/integration with one major acquirer while progressing with several additional acquirers and sponsor-bank partners.
The opportunity is simple: legitimate merchants are increasingly global, AI-enabled, payout-sensitive, and operationally complex but most processors still treat them with rigid, one-size-fits-all underwriting leading to high turnover rate. Lumiria is designed to bridge that gap with a merchant-friendly PayFac platform that combines modern acquiring, faster settlement, embedded compliance, intelligent risk controls, and a private vetted network of businesses that can transact, collaborate, and support each other.
What We Are Building
Lumiria’s core product is a next-generation PayFac and payout infrastructure platform for digital businesses, platforms, marketplaces, software companies, and merchants operating across both straightforward and more complex verticals.
The platform is designed to support:
-
Global multicurrency acquiring
-
Instant and complex/split payout capabilities
-
USDC-supported payout rails
-
AI-ready and agentic AI integration hooks
-
Merchant-friendly onboarding and support
-
Low-risk and complex verticals support
-
KYB/KYC, underwriting, compliance, and risk workflows
-
Multi-acquirer / Multi-sponsorbank with smart routing
-
FBO / reserve-based settlement infrastructure
-
A private vetted merchant network for business collaboration and support
We are not building a generic gateway wrapper. Lumiria is being built as a full-stack, compliance-forward PayFac platform with acquiring relationships, onboarding workflows, risk monitoring, payout orchestration, merchant configuration, and expansion-ready global infrastructure.
Why Lumiria Is Different
Most payment providers optimize for either scale or risk avoidance. Lumiria is designed for properly underwritten flexibility.
Many legitimate merchants are rejected, restricted, or poorly supported because their business model is global, payout-sensitive, AI-native, fast-moving, or operationally more nuanced than a standard retail merchant. Lumiria’s thesis is that these businesses should not be treated as “bad risk” by default. They need stronger underwriting, clearer categorization, better monitoring, and payment infrastructure built around how modern commerce actually operates.
Our differentiators include:
1. Next-generation payout rails
Lumiria supports faster payout infrastructure, including instant payout capabilities and USDC supported payout options for merchants that need modern settlement flexibility.
2. Global multicurrency acquiring
We are building for global merchants from the start, with multicurrency acquiring and expansion plans that may include native/local entities in Europe and other regions.
3. Compliance-first PayFac operations
PCI, KYB, underwriting, transaction monitoring, risk controls, and merchant documentation are core to the system. Lumiria is already PCI Service Provider Level 2 compliant and is working toward Service Provider Level 1 compliance.
4. Multi-acquirer resilience
We are already network-registered, at the tail end of onboarding with one major acquirer, and midway through underwriting/onboarding with several additional acquirers and sponsor-bank partners. This multi-acquirer approach is intended to reduce dependency on any single processing relationship.
5. AI-native infrastructure
SecurePay API is being built with AI/agentic hooks for modern software platforms, AI-native businesses, automated workflows, onboarding assistance, risk review, merchant support, and future embedded finance use cases.
6. Merchant-friendly network effects
Beyond payment processing, Lumiria is building a private vetted network of merchants and businesses where approved participants can connect, collaborate, share resources, and support each other. This creates a relationship-driven ecosystem rather than a purely transactional processor model.

Market Opportunity
The next generation of merchants needs payment infrastructure that is global, programmable, compliance-aware, AI-friendly, and payout-flexible. Traditional processors are often too rigid, while many alternative providers lack the compliance depth, acquiring optionality, or merchant support required to serve complex businesses safely.
Lumiria sits at the intersection of several major shifts:
-
global digital commerce;
-
AI-native business operations;
-
demand for faster settlement;
-
stablecoin and USDC payout adoption;
-
embedded finance;
-
increasing compliance requirements;
-
growing merchant frustration with one-size-fits-all processors.
Our goal is to become the merchant-friendly PayFac layer for modern commerce: a platform that helps legitimate businesses accept payments, receive funds faster, operate globally, and grow inside a vetted ecosystem.
Investment Opportunity
Lumiria is seeking aligned investors and strategic partners who understand payments, fintech infrastructure, acquiring, merchant services, global commerce, or AI-enabled financial technology.
This funding round is intended to complete the final launch path: acquirer reserve requirements, FBO settlement readiness, compliance completion, integrations, merchant onboarding, and international expansion preparation.
We believe the company is positioned at a valuable inflection point: the technology stack is built, compliance foundations are in place, network registration is complete, acquirer onboarding is advanced, and funding can help convert that foundation into commercial launch and scale.
Lumiria is building the next-generation PayFac and payout network for modern merchants: compliance-first, globally capable, AI-ready, and designed for real businesses that need more flexible financial infrastructure.
