About the Company

Après Ski Club is a ski and après-ski brand founded by Brazilian women and based in Vermont, with online-only sales planned for Brazil and the United States. The collection combines skiwear and lifestyle pieces, emphasizing feminine silhouettes, comfort, and design.

Purpose of Funding

We are seeking US$80,000 to complete production of our first collection and support the launch, including campaign development, marketing, packaging, and initial operating expenses.

Proposed Investment Structure

We are open to discussing either an equity investment or financing with negotiated repayment terms.

For an equity investment, our initial proposal is a 15% ownership interest in the company in exchange for US$80,000. Carolina and I would continue leading the business, each retaining 42.5% ownership. The investor would receive regular financial and operating updates and participate in any profit distributions under the agreed terms.

The investor may remain a long-term shareholder and participate in the brand’s growth across future collections. We are also open to discussing a potential future buyback by the founders, with valuation methods, timing, and conditions established in the investment agreement. Any buyback would be subject to those conditions and would not constitute a guaranteed repayment or return.

For financing, we would develop a repayment proposal based on projected sales cash flow, operating expenses, and inventory replenishment needs. Repayment timing and financing costs would be negotiated following a financial review.
