

Real Estate developer, recently started on my own. I purchased a small grocery anchored shopping center in Pittsburgh, PA fourteen months ago. During that time, I have solidified the predominant grocery store in the region with a ten year lease. finalizing small shop tenants which includes a nail salon, wireless carrier, gift store.
Second development was in Weirton, WV-Purchased a former Kroger (closed) and replaced with a 13,000 S.F. Dollar Tree Store. I am curently listing to sell the Dollar Tree to raise additional funding.
Money requested, is for a vacant freestanding 18,000 S.F. building, I have discussions with Dollar Tree and an automotive tenant which the building would be subdivided. The $150,000.00 would be used for the deposit and cost for Due Diligence/soft cost-attorney and engineer.
I would be willing to use one of the properties for collateral. Money would be repayed within 120 days when the leases are finished and bank funded is finalized. I will be working with the same bank I used for my first two acquisitions.
