The name Cho Dang House is similar to Cho Dang Gol (a well-known restaurant started and formerly operated by Nan Young Suh in New York City). Many customers that know Cho Dang Gol are familiar with Cho Dang House.

Delivery, take-out, as well as catering for specific events are all available options. All dishes and the tofu on the menu are prepared by hand from scratch using only simple, fresh ingredients. All of the recipes and dishes are enjoyed and have been prepared by the co-owner and chef.

The market consists of all age ranges from working professionals, senior citizens, and families working or residing in the near proximity. Working professionals or residents of the neighborhood or neighboring towns will comprise the majority of dinner time business as well as the majority of lunchtime business.

More specifically, the market comprise of Asian Americans, especially Korean Americans residing or working in the near vicinity.
