Prevention is possible through prioritizing patient care and by incentivizing compliance with a provider's treatment plan. Wellchain uses AI and medical record scanning to track patient compliance and issues reward for preventing unnecessary health problems. Compliance points are earned, and patients compete either with themselves or others. Additionally, our Patient Severity Score provides a “snapshot” of a patient’s complex health condition. Changes in this score are reflected through our Status Change Index (% improvement/decline). The thesis (which will be proven) is that outcomes will improve at least 30%, equating to a TAM of $2.4 trillion/yr by tying cost savings to revenue. Wellchain's proprietary system uses health records obtained from health information exchanges (HIEs) to determine patient compliance with a given treatment plan. All of this results in better patient outcomes while driving down the cost of healthcare. There is one version for the facility and one for the patient and both are integrated on the back end.
